Windstar Country Club is a 450 acre golfing and boating community located on Naples Bay across the water from Port Royal.  It is the only community with deep water boating access in the heart of Naples.  The 33,000 square foot Clubhouse features casual and formal dining, a complete exercise facility, pro shop and four lighted clay tennis courts.  Windstar Marina has 72 deepwater slips and direct access to the Gulf of Mexico via Gordon Pass.  Windstar also owns a private lot on Keewaydin Island, the location of their Beach Club, a simple facility with grills, beach chairs, and umbrellas.  The Beach Club is only 15 minutes from Windstar by boat and a water taxi is available for residents.  The championship 18-hole golf course was designed by Tom Fazio and includes a driving range and putting green.  Golf membership is offered to both residents and non-residents with equity at 90%.  Condominiums and coach homes are available from $130,000 to $200,000, attached villas from $225,000 to $350,000, and single family homes are available from $400,000 to $1,500,000. 

Wyndemere

Wyndemere is a small exclusive country club community located close to the center of Naples.  Situated on 450 acres are 634 residences comprised of condominiums, villas and single family homes.  Amenities for this gated community include 27 holes of championship golf designed by Arthur Hill, 12 Har-Tru tennis courts, 44,000 square foot Clubhouse, heated pool and state-of-the-art fitness center.  All residents of Wyndemere are members of the club.  Golf membership is limited to 485 members and golf equity is offered at 75%.  Social memberships are also available and include all club privileges except golf.  Condos are offered from the mid $100’s to $300,000, villas are available from the $200’s to $350,000, and single family homes are offered from $300,000 to $1,000,000.
