Naples Golf Communities




Audubon
Located on 770 acres, there are about 400 residences in this community. Joe Lee is credited with designing the championship 18-hole golf course, which is available to 350 members with 100% equity. Amenities in the 36,000 square foot clubhouse include: exercise rooms, billiards rooms, library, and men’s and women’s card rooms. Eight lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, pro shop, two croquet courts, a 25 meter heated swimming pool, and the Courtside Café complete the communities recreation services. Audubon is within minutes of the Gulf of Mexico and offers detached villa homes from $500,000 to $800,000, and single family homes from $600,000 to $2,500,000.
Bay Colony
Located on 280 acres within Pelican Marsh, there are about 80 home sites. Their golf course is designed by Robert von Hagge and membership is limited to 300 with 100% equity. Homeowners may enjoy membership in the Bay Colony Beach Club and the Pelican Isle Yacht Club. Lot sizes range from 2/3 to one acre with a required minimum living area of 4,000 square feet. Bear's Paw Country Club
A quiet gated community that features luxury condominiums, villas and single family homes. The 18-hole golf course Jack Nicklaus designed offers a total of 298 memberships at 90% equity. This established member-owned club does not have trail fees and all residents own their own golf carts. Bonita Bay

A gated country club community with 228 single family lots on 448 acres. The centerpiece of this community is the Cocohatchee River, around which an environmentally sensitive plan was developed. The Audubon Society of New York has recognized this Arthur Hills designed golf course as the first Audubon Signature Sanctuary golf course. Golf memberships are offered at 80% equity. Copperleaf
Developed by the Bonita Bay Group, Copperleaf sits on 2,500 acres with approximately 570 homes. Eagle Creek
An intimate community that affords 465 residences on 300 acres. Golf architect, Larry Packard is credited for the design of the course. This course has been established as one of the top 50 golf courses by several rating organizations. Eagle Creek is a member owned equity club. The equity is established at 70%. The clubhouse offers fine dining, lounge, men’s and women’s locker rooms, saunas, whirlpools, conference room, card room and pro shop. Fiddler’s Creek
Fiddler’s Creek is a low density community with 1.6 acres per home. The 3,943 acres are mostly dedicated to lakes, preserves, parks and golf courses. Grey Oaks
This low density upscale community is centrally located in Naples. Lloyd Clifton is credited with the design of the first two of three challenging golf courses in this community. Hammock Bay Golf & Country Club
This 247 acre golf course community features an 18-hole golf course created by the design team of Peter Jacobsen and Jim Hardy. The sports club is equipped with state-of-the-art cardio and weight equipment, Har-Tru tennis courts and a resort style lagoon with lap pool and spa. Tower condominiums and villa homes are available.
Highland Woods
An affordable gated community, located in Bonita Springs that is just minutes to the beaches and close to Southwest Florida International Airport. Wildcat Run is a private secluded and gated community with 584 acres, located in Estero, just north of Naples. Wyndemere is a small exclusive country club community located close to the center of Naples. Situated on 450 acres are 634 residences comprised of condominiums, villas and single family homes. Amenities for this gated community include 27 holes of championship golf designed by Arthur Hill, 12 Har-Tru tennis courts, 44,000 square foot Clubhouse, heated pool and state-of-the-art fitness center. All residents of Wyndemere are members of the club. Golf membership is limited to 485 members and golf equity is offered at 75%. Social memberships are also available and include all club privileges except golf.
