Audubon

Located on 770 acres, there are about 400 residences in this community.  Joe Lee is credited with designing the championship 18-hole golf course, which is available to 350 members with 100% equity.  Amenities in the 36,000 square foot clubhouse include:  exercise rooms, billiards rooms, library, and men’s and women’s card rooms.  Eight lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, pro shop, two croquet courts, a 25 meter heated swimming pool, and the Courtside Café complete the communities recreation services.  Audubon is within minutes of the Gulf of Mexico and offers detached villa homes from $500,000 to $800,000, and single family homes from $600,000 to $2,500,000. 

 

 Bear’s Paw Country Club

A quiet gated community that features luxury condominiums, villas and single family homes.  The 18-hole golf course Jack Nicklaus designed offers a total of 298 memberships at 90% equity.  This established member-owned club does not have trail fees and all residents own their own golf carts.  For outdoor activities, there are many swimming pools interspersed throughout the community, which provide perfect settings for parties, and four Har-Tru tennis courts: two lighted for night play.  Condos are offered from the mid $100,000’s to $300,000, villas from the high $100,000’s to $400,000 and single family homes are available from $400,000 to $600,000.

            Collier’s Reserve

A gated country club community with 228 single family lots on 448 acres.  The centerpiece of this community is the Cocohatchee River, around which an environmentally sensitive plan was developed.  The Audubon Society of New York has recognized this Arthur Hills designed golf course as the first Audubon Signature Sanctuary golf course.  Golf memberships are offered at 80% equity.  The plantation style clubhouse offers tennis, swimming, pro shop, and restaurant that offers casual riverfront dining.  Single family estate homes are offered from mid $800,000 to $1,500,000.

 

The Colony at Pelican Landing

The Crossings

The Crossings consists only of single-family homes, along with a small clubhouse, pool, and two Har-Tru tennis courts. Some of the homes are located on cypress preserve areas, providing a tranquil, natural setting. The community is divided into two sections, each with an electronic gated entry. Mill Run features homes priced from approximately $400,000 to over $600,000. Stonegate, with large estate size parcels, generally has substantially larger homes that typically range from $400,000 to $800,000.

     Eagle Creek

Highland Woods

Imperial Golf Estates is considered one of the most desirable golfing communities in North Naples, with a complete array of amenities and residences. Longshore Lake in Naples Florida is a neighborhood of only single-family homes. The NBTC community is an established, private, gated 160 acres consisting of 423 one, two and three bedroom condominiums and 93 single family home sites.
