Iokia has been a Licensed agent since January 1973 in Maryland. She then received her Associate Brokers license in 1976 to the present. Iokia was the manager of a Century 21 office in Annapolis, Md from 1976 to 1986. She was active in the Century 21 Brokers Association serving as Treasurer for 2 years, and 2nd vice-president in charge of Sales Rallys & Training for 3 years. Her office received the AIM Achievement Award many times. Her office had many "Million Dollar Agents".
Iokia worked directly with the Century 21 Sales Trainer to provide sales training to all Anne Arundel Sales Associates affilitated with Century 21 for 5 or more years. She was directly responsible for obtaining Financing Seminars on a consistant basis for the agents.
Iokia received her GRI Designation in 1976. Then acquired her CRS Designation in 1985. Iokia has been in the Million Dollar Club of Anne Arundel Realtor Association every year since 1982.
